Your order can be returned for a full refund if the product: 

· Has a manufacturing defect

. Return request is placed within 3 days after order delivery

· Has not been used or washed

· Has not been damaged after being received

· Has original packaging attached

· Was not bought on sale

To return your package, follow the steps:

· Send us an email with your order details and reason for return at yogaessentialsindia@gmail.com. We will then send you a return address

· Ship the mat to the return address

· Once you have shipped the package, please inform us about the tracking details by email

· On receiving the package, we will conduct a quality inspection of the products

· Your refund will be processed after a quality inspection of the item. Yoga Essentials holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection

· The entire refund process could take between 10 to 30 working days to complete

· The refund will be credited back into the same account that was used to make the purchase

· We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email

· We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges
